What are your health and safety protocols?
We follow all Alberta Health Services (AHS) guidelines, including:
- Daily sanitization of toys and surfaces
- Regular handwashing
- Sick child policies (children with fever, vomiting, or contagious illnesses must stay home)
Do you provide meals and snacks?
No! We ask parents to provide meals to accommodate individual dietary needs, allergies, and cultural preferences while ensuring children enjoy familiar, home-packed food.
What curriculum do you follow?
We use a play-based learning Regio Emilia approach, incorporating early childhood education principles.
Do children go outside daily?
Yes! Outdoor play is essential. We have scheduled outdoor time (weather permitting) and follow safety guidelines for outdoor activities.
What is your sick policy?
Children must stay home if they have a fever (38°C or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness. They can return after 24-48 hours symptom-free, depending on AHS guidelines.
